If you change your mind for any reason, simply send a return request to (info@itsneev.com). Our team will get back to you within 24–72 hours.

Return Conditions

All products may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and with all tags attached. All returns should be sent back in their original packaging. 

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. Neev takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Neev.
