Due to the overwhelming love for Capri, we are opening a limited pre-order for those who missed her first drop.
Please read the following before placing your order:
Pre-Order & Payment
Capri is available for pre-order and is not currently in stock. Full payment is required at checkout to confirm and secure your order.
Production & Dispatch
Each Capri bag is handcrafted with care. Your order will be prepared during our upcoming production batch and is expected to be dispatched within [2 to 3 weeks] from the date of your order.
Limited Quantities
Pre-order slots are limited. Once all available slots are filled, pre-orders will close.
Cancellations & Changes
Once your order enters production, cancellations and changes to the order cannot be accommodated.
Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be shipped once production is complete. Delivery times begin from the dispatch date and vary depending on your location.
Production Delays
As each piece is handmade, slight variations in production timelines may occur. In the event of a delay, we will keep you informed of your order’s progress.

Care
Each NEEV bag is crafted with carefully selected materials that deserve thoughtful care.
* Store your bag in its dust bag when not in use, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
* Avoid contact with water, oils, perfumes, cosmetics, hand sanitizers and other chemical products.
* Protect your bag from rough surfaces, sharp objects and prolonged friction to prevent scratches and damage.
* Should your bag get wet, gently blot the area with a clean, soft, light-coloured cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally, away from direct heat.
* Avoid using household cleaners or leather-care products unless specifically recommended for your bag’s material.
* For suede, cowhide and other speciality finishes, take extra care and seek professional cleaning when needed.
With proper care, your NEEV bag will continue to develop its own character over time.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Cairo Deliveries: Orders arrive within 1–3 working days.
Outside Cairo: Orders arrive within 2–5 working days.
Outside Egypt : Orders arrive within 2 to 7 working days.
- Please inspect your bag before accepting delivery. Once accepted, returns and refunds cannot be processed.
